02 / Custom work

Built for commerce. Not limited to it.

Online stores are the focus and stay the focus - that is where the depth is. But a growing business rarely needs only a store, so the same team builds what grows around it: campaign landing pages, bespoke applications, integrations and internal tools.

If a Medusa module is the right home for a feature, it ships as one. But we start from what it has to do, not from the technology.

05 / Approach

We don't work from a ready-made formula.

We don't assemble another template. We get into the details of your product, audience and goals to create a store that is distinctive, intuitive and fast.

01THE VISIBLE

A look with its own voice

Design that does not chase effect at any cost, but makes the product clear, desirable and easy to buy.

02THE INVISIBLE

A system you can rely on

Fast architecture, clean integrations and management without unnecessary friction.

03WHAT'S NEXT

A store that does not fall behind

Support and development that keep pace with your catalogue, customers and ambitions.

06 / Process

From the first conversation to the first order.

A clear process, visible progress and decisions tied to real business goals.

01

Understand

The product, audience, goals and the context behind them.

02

Design

We turn what we learn into structure, a user journey and a visual system.

03

Build

The store, integrations and key purchase scenarios.

04

Improve

We observe real behaviour and develop what works.

OUR MEASURE OF SUCCESS

A beautiful store gets noticed. A good one gets used. A successful one brings customers back.

07 / Frequently asked questions

Before we begin.

01Why Medusa.js and Next.js?

Medusa.js provides a flexible commerce backend and clean integrations, while Next.js delivers a fast, SEO-optimised storefront. Together they provide control without the limits of a prebuilt theme.

02Can you work with an existing visual identity?

Yes. We can extend an existing visual system into a complete commerce UX/UI. If the direction is unclear, we can include art direction in the project.

03How are projects paid for?

Payment is split into two parts: the first is due when the project starts, and the balance when the work is complete. Once the final payment is made, we deploy the finished solution to production.

04Do you only work with businesses in Plovdiv?

No. We are based in Plovdiv and work remotely with stores and businesses across Bulgaria. Meetings and delivery are designed so location never gets in the way.

05What do you need for an exact proposal?

A short conversation about your products, market, integrations, content and target launch. We then return a scope, timeline and fixed project frame.
