02Website purpose

The website presents a portfolio, demonstration concepts and information about UX/UI, online-store development, technical SEO, hosting and maintenance. Unless expressly stated otherwise, project visuals are concepts and not a claim of work for a named real-world brand.

03An enquiry is not an online contract

Submitting the project form or an email is an invitation to discuss. It is not an order, acceptance, contract or payment obligation. A contract arises only after scope, price, timing and conditions are clarified and the parties expressly accept a separate written proposal or agreement.

04Services and indicative prices

Published packages, timelines and prices are indicative starting frames. The final price depends on catalogue, content, integrations, migration, licences, third-party services and agreed scope. Before contracting, the client receives a specific proposal including applicable VAT status and known costs.

05Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website structure, text, graphics, visual concepts, code and marks belong to the provider or are used under a valid basis. Copying, republication, sale, removing attribution or using them to train commercial systems without written permission is not permitted outside applicable statutory exceptions.

06Acceptable use

Do not use the website or form for illegal content, unsolicited messages, attempts at unauthorised access, service disruption or submitting another person's personal or confidential data without a valid basis.

07Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that general information fits a particular project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect loss caused by decisions based solely on general website content. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.

08External links

Links to public authorities and other external websites are provided for convenience. Their operators are responsible for their content, availability and data processing.

09Consumers and disputes

Nothing here restricts mandatory rights of an individual acting as a consumer. Where an applicable distance contract is made with a consumer, the required pre-contract information and rights are provided in the specific proposal and agreement. Complaints may be submitted to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission at kzp.bg. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through discussion.

10Governing law and changes

Bulgarian law applies without affecting mandatory consumer protections. The competent court is determined under applicable procedural rules. This page may be updated when services or law change; the current date appears above.
