01I do not know my budget yet. Should I still write?
Yes. Pick “Let's define it together” and describe the project. A budget range only helps us shape a realistic first proposal - it is not a commitment. We would rather tell you early if a scope and a number do not fit each other.
02What happens to the information I send?
It goes to our internal project system and nowhere else. We use it only to answer this enquiry. You can ask us to delete it at any time - the Privacy Policy explains the detail.
03Can we just have a call instead?
Of course. Call the number above during working hours, or send a short email with a couple of times that suit you and we will call you back.
04How long until I get an answer?
Within two business days, usually sooner. If the project is a good fit we reply with a direction, the questions that matter, and what a first phase would involve.
05Do you work with stores outside Bulgaria?
Yes. We are based in Plovdiv and work in Bulgarian and English, remotely across the EU. The work happens the same way regardless of where the store is registered.
