Watch is monitoring, not maintenance. If something fails we will tell you — restarting it, restoring a backup, applying a patch or answering within a guaranteed time are all part of a care plan. Watch keeps your store observed. A care plan keeps it running.

Watch already tells you something broke. This adds disk, memory and container health checks, automatic restart of an unhealthy container, and us acting on the alert rather than forwarding it.
